Confirmation
We hold a temporary booking for 2 weeks. Once you have decided to proceed, we require a minimum $500 deposit. Your booking is not considered confirmed until deposit is received.
Cancellation
Your deposit is refundable only if we are notified 3 months prior to your wedding date and just a $50 fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you wish to change your date, you can transfer your deposit to the new date.
Full Payment
Payment is required in full 10 days prior to your wedding day.
Final Numbers
Final numbers are to be confirmed10 days prior to your wedding day.
Children Meal Prices
Children under 5 free Children 5-12 $25
Public Holidays
A surcharge may apply to your wedding price should
you choose to book your wedding on a public holiday
Public Liability
Any contractors providing services for your function must
be currently covered with public liability insurance.
Insurance/ Damage
Function organizers are financially responsible for any damage, loss or
breakage sustained to Petrie Gardens property for the duration of the function.
I agree with all the conditions in this contract.
